Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

During peak periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

You will receive another notification email, including a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We ship from Melton, Victoria. We offer the following options for shipping within Australia, primarily using Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days for addresses within the Express Post network (most major metro areas).

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 7-12 business days

  • North America (USA & Canada): 10-20 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 14-25 business days

Important Note on Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hopecartel.store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are determined by the weight of the items and the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
