Your booking reserves a place that someone else cannot use. Session bookings are non-refundable for change of mind, cancellations and non-attendance.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a credit for another session. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the booking fee is forfeited.

Evidenced medical or serious emergencies are considered individually; a refund is not automatic. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
